Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) have been customized for each of the supervisor evaluation sections (scheduling/availability, feedback, supervisor demeanor-behavior, supervision content/skill development, and documentation)
Supervisee’s can use this to evaluate the supervisor and effects of supervision
This document can easily be adapted to a Google Form or Microsoft Form for ease of use, and to graph the performance data
